How do I place an order?
It's easy to order from Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo! You can either order securily online using PayPal when you click the Add to Cart button, or you can email your order in using our order form, we will call you to process credit card information over the phone. If you would like additional assistance placing an order, please contact us at 1-306-384-4791. Our Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., late night on Thursday 5 to 8, Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday noon to 5 p.m.(central time).

Do you use real time inventory?
Our online inventory is not managed in real time. Product availability is updated monthly on each product page. It is important to know that you are protected when using PayPal, and your money will be refunded if we are out of inventory on your desired product. We will also contact you and let you know when we will have the product in stock again if you would like to wait, order a different item or cancel your order. To find out for sure if our inventory in in stock don't hesitate to contact us.

What size is the right size?
We know you want to select the right size for that special child. Ensure that your purchase will be the appropriate fit by contacting us by phone with your childs measurements. To measure a child the best way to do so is have your child stand straight with hands by their sides and then raise them up to shoulder level and measure chest ensuring you don't pull tightly, then meausre under the armpit to ankle or knee depending on what length of dress you are purchasing. Measure tummy area at largest point, and for boys meausre arm to wrist, shoulder to shoulder, and inseam. or use our email form.

How do I pay for my order?
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards (American Express, VISA, MasterCard,), as well as online Gift Certificates through PayPal and paper gift certificates for in store purchases. Paper gift certificates cannot be used online.

Is my credit card secure?
The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our customers is of utmost concern to us. We use PayPal to provide secure transmission of your information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we are committed to protecting your personal information, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo cannot entirely ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.

The protection of your personal information is important to Bibbidi, and as a result, we do not accept credit card numbers via email. We will gladly accept your order by phone at 1-306-384-4791. Please be advised that all orders on credit card will be show up on your credit card statement as Tantrix Body Art. Inc which is owned by Bibbidi.

How quickly will my order be processed?
All domestic orders received prior to 9:00 a.m., Central Time, Monday through Friday, are processed within 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3 - 7 business days after order processing. How can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel an order that was placed online - you can do so through PaylPal. If you placed an order via email, please contact us by phone within 24 hours of placing your order.

Why does Bibbidi charge sales tax on some online orders?
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo is required by law to charge sales or use tax in any province in which it has a physical presence. (We currently operate retail stores in Saskatchewan.) The actual tax rate applied to your purchase is based on the destination of the order.

The Paper Gift Certificate is purchased in-store, and can be used only on in-store merchandise .

What is a Bibbidi Electronic Gift Certificate?
Electronic Gift Certificates are purchase through our website via PayPal. It will take 1-2 business days to process all electronic gift certificate orders. Electronic Gift Certificates are only redeemable online at www.bibbidi.ca through PayPal purchases.

Yes, you may use it yourself or give it to anyone you choose.

What can I do if I've lost my Paper or Electronic Gift Certificate?
At Bibbidi,all Gift Certificates are considered to be cash equivalents. Therefore, we are unable to replace those which are lost or stolen. A transaction receipt or packing slip is not redeemable in place of the original documents.

What do I do if I have a defective item?
At Bibbidi we pride ourselves on the high quality of our products. If an item you have purchased is defective, bring the purchase receipt or entire packing slip to our store, and our Team Members will offer you a full value exchange or credit. If the item was purchased online, you may also return it to us by mail. return shipping costs are covered by Bibbidi if the item is damaged or defective but we do check the item entirely before we ship it out to ensure you do not have a defective product. If a receipt is not presented at the time of exchange/credit, a merchandise credit will be issued for the current selling price. For more information, please contact us at:
