Policies

We will accept returns on the following items: toys, regular priced clothing and shoes deemed everyday wear and dressup items. All items have to be shipped back at your cost in the condition they arrived in, with tags attached and wrapping intact. If anyting is opened we can not accept return of the item unless it is defective. If the item is defective the cost will be reimbursed to you by Bibbidi as well as the item. We can not accept returns on Christening, flower girl, boys tuxes or suits, we can at your cost exchange the item for a correct size at shipping cost to you the customer, but only for instock items from Jolene Canada, anything special ordered for you can not be returned if your measurements are not done correctly.
