Mandarin Chicken with Rice
1 cup rice
2 cups water
1 tsp salt
4 boneless chicken breasts cutlets (1lb)
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
½ cup teriyaki sauce
½ cup orange juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 green onion, sliced
Combine rice, water and salt in 3-Qt./3L Casserole. Cover and microwave on high power for 5 minutes. While rice is cooking prepare sauce ingredients. After 5 minutes remove cover and invert over rice.
Place chicken cutlets and sauce ingredients in cover. Cover with wax paper and microwave at 50% power for an additional 15minutes. Garnish chicken with sliced onions and mandarin oranges. Serve with rice.

1 package of cake mix (No Name works great)
3 eggs
1 can of pie filling
Shake eggs in Quick Shake. Pour in to bowl with cake mix. Fold in pie filling. Pour in to Tupperwave with cone (no cover). Let sit for 5 minutes. Cook on high for 12 minutes. Place plate over top and invert. Cake will fall out on to plate. Serve warm or cooled.

Chinese Pork
1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
8oz can pineapple chunks, drained
10 cherry tomatoes
½ cup cashews
½ tbsp soy sauce
½ cup sweet & sour sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
Place the pork, pineapple, tomatoes, and cashews in the Tupperwave Stack Cooker 1 ¾-Qt/1.75L Casserole. Add remaining ingredients and toss together to combine. Cook on high for 7 minutes.
