Bibbidi's staff personally selects and checks each and every item being shipped to our customers. We check for marks, loose stitching, zippers working, buttons sewn on well, so you don't have to worry about your item coming damaged.

We do accept returns for items that do not fit within 7 days of arrival to your door and will refund you the full amount minus the cost of shipping and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for the return.

Once the item is received we will refund you the amount of the said item. Please call or email us if you have any concerns or problems with the item(s) and we can help you to the best of our ability.

For regular items including dress up, toys, etc we also accept returns within 7 days minus the cost of shipping to you, and you are responsible for the return shipping.

We will not accept returns for the following items:
Special order dresses through companies regardless of fit (this includes Jolene), flower girl dresses, tuxes, bathing suits, leotard, hats, hair accessories, earrings, underwear and Webkinz products.

Please make sure to accurately measure your child as requested in the sizing area since this is critical when ordering clothing, never assume one size fits all since all companies sizing is different.
